Every piece of work follows the same four steps, whichever domain it sits in.

   Select

   Choose the domain and what to produce: a gap assessment, a strategy and target operating model, a risk or impact assessment, or policies and procedures.

   Context

   Add what the organisation already has. Upload existing documents, answer guided questions, or both. For an assessment, choose the regulations, standards or frameworks to assess against.

   Analyse

   The platform maps the evidence against those requirements, assesses the current state and structures a first draft.

   Review

   The draft comes back with the points that need a specialist’s judgment flagged. The specialist reviews it and approves it.

What it produces. All three domains deliver the same types of work, shown in the centre, but each one is built against that domain’s applicable standards and regulations. Each domain also adds its own specialist assessment.
